Now back to the costume, first off the shipping was lightening fast. We had it in 2 days. But take note we are in the 2 day delivery zone. So that was a very nice plus, I didn't have my son asking for days and days when would his costume get here. :)
The other thing that was pleasantly surprising was the price. The wolverine costume he picked out was only $23.99 with using the promo code SAVEBIG. That is an awesome price for a quality made costume. The costume came with the jumpsuit which has "muscles" on the chest area, a mask, real looking (but SAFE!) claws, and a belt buckle. To say my son was thrilled, would be an understatement. And I am thrilled because the costume is holding up so well. His last costume was in pretty rough shape after 2 days. He has been wearing the wolverine for over a week and it is still in great shape.
The other thing I would like to mention is sizing. I was torn between getting my son the size small (which fits most children sizes 4-6) or the size medium (which fits most children sizes 7-8.) He is only 4 but he wears a size 6 and weighs in at 50 pounds. I ended up going with the medium because the size chart states that the costumes do run smaller, and if you have any doubt order a size up. I am so glad we did. The costume ended up fitting my big guy perfectly.
We will be looking to costume discounters for our costume needs this Halloween. They have a wide selection of costumes for the whole family.
Here is my wolverine. Don't mind the face mask, it is a bit messed up. He wanted it to be an action shot.
And even thou Halloween isn't for another few months, here are a few tips to remember from the NYC police department. Just CLICK ME and you can print these out.
I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
