This is great.

You can help fight breast cancer and have the chance to win some great prizes. Good luck. Blogger Haven Save Lids to Save Lives Event Caitlin of SouthernSAHM and Courtney of Optimistic Mommy, the founders of Blogger Haven, are both hosting the Blogger Haven SLTSL Event -- SLTSL stands for Save Lids to Save Lives, a program that was started by General Mills.
"At General Mills, our mission is to make lives healthier, easier and richer. General Mills is Nourishing Lives. Our commitment to the fight against breast cancer is an important part of how we are Nourishing Lives."
"Currently, 1 in 8 women living in the U.S. will be diagnosed with breast cancer in her lifetime. Since there is no cure for breast cancer, much more needs to be done in the fight against the disease. And because the disease touches so many lives, it's critical that our work directly serves the people impacted by the disease."
Caitlin, Courtney and myself ask that you collect as many lids and codes as possible to help end the fight against breast cancer. All that you have to do is 1.) peel or clip a lid off a participating General Mills product and mail them to Caitlin and Courtney, and 2.) e-mail Caitlin and Courtney the codes we find! That's it! You don't have to worry about anything else -- they'll do the rest! And, in turn, you'll get an entry (per lid/code) into the THREE giveaways that will be hosted by Blogger Haven! One of the giveaway prizes is one beautiful, hand-made necklace and the other two are $50 Paypal cash. This means that there will be THREE winners chosen, and each of you have a chance at winning each of them. If you have any lids to mail Caitlin and Courtney, please fill out THIS FORM and they will e-mail you the address in which you should send your lids to. We recommend that you wait until AFTER October (General Mills will not be putting pink lids on products after October) to mail them your lids so that you only have to mail them your lids once.
